Here is a description of a powerful herbal protocol for Lyme, posted to Natural News today. I'm taking many of these Chinese herbs in my own natural protocol.

Hi spirochick,

Just found your website and think it's great!

Would you have a direct link to the diet you have followed that helped with your lyme symptoms? (I tried looking on your other blog & couldn't find it).

I don't have an article (yet) about the diet I've followed, but in a nutshell:

- 80% raw
- no wheat, dairy, corn, soy
- limited nuts to limit arginine (fuels viruses)
- organic as humanly possible
- eat organic meats/poultry/fish as "condiments" not main part of meal
- vegetable juicing almost daily

I went gluten free first and that was a huge difference. (thought I was almost better until I had kids....)

Pretty much the best you can do for you diet, I couldn't agree more.

There is NO perfect diet out there, whereas some people are allergic to some foods while other can tolerate them.

I don't agree with eating 80% raw, at least not if you have digesting issues.
